Refund / Cancellation Policy

If, due to some reason, the diagnostics (as included in the package) is not processed, the user will have a choice to re-schedule the diagnostics or request for a complete refund. (Pytheos Health Systems) will bear all the costs for re-scheduling of diagnostics or provide the refunds for the test (within 7 working days), as requested by the user.


If the customer chooses to cancel the service before any diagnostics (as included in the package) has taken place, she/he will be entitled to a 100% refund (if they had made the payments at the time of booking the appointment).
